Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Ministrikes website, browser game, online accounts, social features and digital purchases.

Using the service

You may use Ministrikes for personal entertainment where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another player's account, automate abuse, cheat, exploit bugs or distribute harmful content.

Accounts and social features

Display names and chat messages must not impersonate others, expose private information, threaten users or contain unlawful or abusive material. Accounts or features may be restricted to protect players and the service.

Digital items and payments

Paid operators, banners and Battle Pass access are digital licenses for the linked Ministrikes account. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and currency are shown before Checkout. Items unlock only after server-side payment verification. Except where required by law, digital items have no cash value and cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts.

Availability and changes

The game is under active development. Features, balance, maps, operators and online availability may change. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve purchased entitlements, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Ministrikes software, branding, artwork and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to resell or redistribute the game or its assets.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Changes

Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means the revised terms apply where permitted by law.
