Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Ministrikes processes when you visit the website, play the game, create an account, use social features or make a purchase.

Information we process

• Account data: email address, display name, password verifier and, when enabled, the stable account identifier and basic profile information supplied by Google.
• Game data: device-linked player identifier, callsign, level, selected operator, progression and owned digital items.
• Social data: friend and squad relationships, invitations, readiness state and world-chat messages you submit.
• Purchase data: Stripe Checkout session identifiers, purchased item, amount, currency and fulfillment status. Ministrikes does not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: short-lived session and service information needed for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, link gameplay across devices, run lobbies and social features, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, maintain security and improve the game.

Cookies

Ministrikes uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep an account signed in. OAuth uses a short-lived state cookie to prevent cross-site request forgery. Local browser storage keeps game settings and a device-specific gameplay identity.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, APIs and database. Stripe processes payments on its hosted Checkout. Google provides sign-in identity information only after you choose Google sign-in and grant consent. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.

Retention and choices

Account and entitlement records are retained while needed to provide the service and preserve purchased access. Expired sessions and OAuth state are removed. You may sign out at any time. Privacy and account-support requests can be sent to [email protected].

Children

Ministrikes is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their location. A parent or guardian should supervise younger players.
